- Coriander essential oil has its main action on digestion. It is a warming oil that stimulates appetite and also acts as a tonic for digestion.
- Physalis Coriander essential oil can additionally be used in a massage oil for the abdomen and stomach area. To do so, mix Coriander essential oil with other spicy oils such as Ginger, Black Pepper and/or Fennel.
- The oil also has a strengthening effect and provides confidence and comfort.
- It has a sweet, spicy and slightly woody aroma, which in massage generally goes well with Jasmine and Bergamot.
How to use.
- Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage, Bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
- Digestive syrup
Coriander EO 5 dr + Fennel EO 5 dr + Ginger EO 5 dr
For 100 ml of syrup: heat 2/3 honey and 1/3 water or herbal infusion au bain-marie. Add the drops to the syrup. Adults: 1 tablespoon, children: 1 teaspoon, after meals. Store in the refrigerator.
