Description
Black Pepper essential oil is a warming oil. This essential oil incorporated into a massage oil makes muscles supple and warms cold hands or feet. Black pepper stimulates digestion.
Essential oil of Black Pepper in a massage blend not only provides a pleasant warm feeling, the aroma itself has a calming effect. However, use this oil in moderation.
How to use.
- Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage, Bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
- Cold feet: Black pepper 2 dr to 10 ml (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil of your choice.
- Massage feet before bedtime.
Combinations
Essential or Essential Oil of Black Pepper blends well with essential oils of bergamot, sage, frankincense, geranium, lavender, clove, juniper and cedarwood.
