At In Praise of Herbs, we value sustainability highly. After years of experience in the herbal world, we have carefully selected growers and processors who take ecological values as seriously as we do. By working exclusively with organic products, we also underscore our commitment to a better environment and a more just society.

Our organic herbs, teas and spices are packaged plastic-free, and we use compostable labels and packaging materials to further reduce our ecological impact. Whenever possible, we source our herbs as close to home as possible to minimize transportation distances and reduce our carbon footprint.

While shipping packages unfortunately does not help reduce our carbon footprint, we try to compensate by offering a pickup point (Redingenstraat 89 3000 Leuven). At the moment, this pickup point is still limited to one location, but we are working on creating multiple pickup points in the future to further reduce our impact.

For our transportation, we use the car-sharing system Cambio and an e-cargobike. This is how we try to minimize our CO2 emissions and contribute to a circular and healthier future.
