Black tea Earl Grey organic – 100 gr

Earl Grey is a classic black tea with a fresh, aromatic flavor of bergamot, a citrus fruit. It is drunk either pure or with a splash of milk or lemon and is loved for its refined and refreshing character.

This tea gets its name from Charles Grey, a British prime minister of the 19th century. According to legend, the tea was specially blended for him with bergamot oil to flavor the water at his estate. Since then, Earl Grey has become a symbol of elegance.

Tea preparation method
The optimum infusion time is 3-5 minutes at a water temperature of 95-100°C. A shorter infusion time gives a milder taste, while a longer infusion time gives a more potent cup of tea.
