Description
Shaowu, located in northern China’s Fujian Province, is known as the production capital of smoked teas. This organically grown Black tea Bio Lapsang Souchong is unique because of its production process, in which large, mature tea leaves are smoked repeatedly to develop a deeply spicy and smoky flavor. The beautifully processed leaf has an anthracite hue with some golden highlights, offering a taste of the rich, full-bodied flavor of the final infusion.

Preparation
To fully enjoy this traditional smoked tea:
- Quantity: Use 4 to 5 teaspoons of tea per liter of water.
- Water temperature: Bring the water to a boil, up to 100°C.
- Steeping time: pour the tea leaves over with the boiling water and steep for 2 to 4 minutes, depending on your preference for a lighter or stronger smoke flavor.
- Strain the tea and enjoy its full, smooth flavor with its distinctive smoky undertones.
