Sage capsules are important in fluid regulation and are therefore mainly used during menopause. Sage reduces the secretion of sweat by inhibiting the activity of sweat glands. It thus helps reduce night sweats. In addition, it stimulates menstruation and acts as an antioxidant.

Sage is an herb widely used in cooking.

   Salvia officinalis: 750 mg
   Capsule: vegetable gelling agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)

Recommended daily dose:

Maximum of 3 capsules per day. Preferably take after a meal with a glass of water.
