Orange essential oil has long been a very popular oil with a cheerful and uplifting aroma. Children especially love the very recognizable scent of this oil.
Orange essential oil has mainlysoothing and reassuring qualities. So this oil is ideal to use in a diffuser to calm any stressful situation a bit.
When used in massage oil, Orange essential oil is a great support for the lymphatic and digestive systems and helps eliminate toxins.
The properties of this oil also lend themselves to skin care and primarily to anti-cellulite blends.
Orange essential oil goes well with Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander, Frankincense and Lavender.

Hold an orange peel near a candle for a moment. Squeeze it briefly in the direction of the flame. The “sparkles” you see then light up, well that is the Orange essential oil.
Usage:
-
- Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage, Bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.

Cinnamon 2 dr
Dilute in a spoonful of honey and add to a cup of warm milk or herbal infusion. In the evening before sleeping.
A word of caution:
- Contains naturally d-limonene, linalool, citral, citronellol, geraniol.
- Avoid exposure to sunlight or tanning beds for at least 12 hours after use on skin!
