Description

Lemon eucalyptus essential oil relaxes and soothes muscles and is therefore often used for a relaxation massage or in a massage after athletic exercise. Its lemony scent also keeps mosquitoes and insects at bay.

How to Use.

  • Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
  • Skin, Massage, Bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
  • Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
  • Massage oil tension neck:
    Lemon eucalyptus 1 dr + True lavender 1 dr + Ravintsara 2 dr
    To 10 ml (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil of your choice.
