How to use.
- Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage, Bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
- Oil insect bites: True Lavender 5 dr + Geranium 5 dr + Peppermint 5 dr+ True Chamomile 3 dr.
- To 10 ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil of your choice.
- Apply to the bites.
