RETURN:
Legal provisions
- In our online store, you are entitled to the statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days.
- The Belgian law on commercial practices, information and consumer protection of April 12, 2010, allows the purchaser to inform the seller within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product that he/she is abandoning the purchase. The goods should then be returned, undamaged, unused and with the original labels, along with the invoice.
- Items ordered may be returned within 14 days.
- CAUTION: This regulation does not apply to foods with a best-before date
How to return a package?
- Contact In Praise of Herbs at robin@inpraiseofherbs.be.be and note the reasons for your return.
- The customer will then be sent a postal label that can be used to easily return the package.
- Return your item in original condition.
REMOVAL:
Customers who live nearby can choose in the payment/shipping options to pick up the order at In Praise of Herbs. Then, of course, the shipping cost is waived. When the package is ready, we will contact the customer to arrange a time for pickup.
