Tincture of Fennel gently supports appetite, digestion and elimination.
The fruits of fennel, with their typical anise-like taste, are also indicated for breastfeeding because they promote milk formation
For a digestive balance: don’t eat too large portions, eat balanced and not too fast. Avoid strong spicy and fatty foods as much as possible, avoid alcohol and coffee.
Usage:
3 x 20 – 30 drops per day.
To be taken with some water or fruit juice.

Do not use during pregnancy.
Store cool (max. 25°C), dry and in the dark.
