Tincture Milk Thistle – Silybum marianum

Milk thistle bio tincture helps protect the liver and is indicated in a detox or purification treatment. Milk thistle supports liver function and counteracts fat accumulation.

To promote internal purification: eat a balanced diet and avoid fatty and sugary foods as much as possible, avoid alcohol and coffee. Drink 2 liters of water a day.

Usage:
3 x 20 to 30 drops daily.
To be taken with some water or fruit juice.

Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry place and in the dark.
