  • Essential oil of Rosemary ct. verbenon is a stimulating and invigorating oil that is beneficial to the respiratory system when atomized.
  • Thus, it loosens stuck mucus in colds.
  • In a skin oil, this rosemary variety can be used for its regenerating properties, ideal for damaged or mature skin.

 


How to use.

  • Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
  • Skin, Massage: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
  • Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
  • Inhalation against fixed cough: Rosemary ct. verbenone EO 2 dr + Cisteroos EO 2 dr
    Add to a bowl of warm water. Inhale the steam through nose and mouth (5 to 10 min.).
