Description
Essential oil of Lemongrass or Lemongrass has a purifying effect on the skin and a pleasant fresh scent. It is often used in foot care products. Like citronella, it also keeps mosquitoes and insects at bay.
How to Use.
- Oral: 1-2 drops 2 times daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage, Bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
- Purifying foot bath: Lemongrass 3 dr + Tea tree 3 dr + Lavender sage 2 dr
- Add this to a bowl of warm water.
- Keep the feet in the water for 5 to 10 min.
- Dry off with a clean towel.
A word of caution:
- Contains naturally geraniol, citronellol, linalool, eugenol, citral, d-limonene.
