Description
Essential oil of Green mint, also called car mint or spearmint, has a sweet, yet fresh mint taste but not too sharp. It contains hardly any menthol or menthone, which distinguishes it from peppermint. It is a stimulating and refreshing oil that facilitates digestion.
How to use.
- Oral: 1 to 2 drops once a day. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
- Skin, Massage: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Atomize: 5 to 10 drops according to your taste or the size of the room.
