Black currant capsules help with fluid balance and supple joints.

Black currant is a well-known plant found in large parts of Europe and Asia. You can make jam from it and it is used to make cassis. Purasana Black currant is made from the leaves of the black currant, also known as ribes nigrum.

Composition:

1. Ingredients

Black currant* (leaf): 300 mg
Composition 6 capsules Ribes nigrum: 1800 mg
Capsule: vegetable gelling agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)
* Derived from organic cultivation.

Recommended daily dose:

Maximum of 6 capsules per day. Preferably take after a meal with a glass of water.
