Black currant is a well-known plant found in large parts of Europe and Asia. You can make jam from it and it is used to make cassis. Purasana Black currant is made from the leaves of the black currant, also known as ribes nigrum.

Composition

• Black currant* (leaf): 300 mg
• Composition 6 capsules Ribes nigrum: 1800 mg
• Capsule: vegetable gelling agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)

Recommended daily dose

Maximum of 6 capsules a day. Preferably take after a meal with a glass of water.
