Arnica oil is a very rewarding for massage, both preventively and after exercise or daily, stressful activities. A massage with Arnica is relaxing and provides relief for tired or overworked muscles and/or joints. This oil also provides relief for bruises of all kinds (possibly in combination with calendula oil).

- Massage oil for muscle cramps: Per 10ml Arnica oil + 2dr Wintergreen essential oil + 2dr Rosemary (ct camphor) essential oil.
- For bruises and contusions: Per 10ml Arnica oil + 2dr Cypress EO + 1dr Straw Flower EO
