RETURN:
In our online store, you are entitled to the statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days.
The Belgian law on commercial practices, information and consumer protection of April 12, 2010, allows the purchaser to inform the seller within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product that he/she is abandoning the purchase.
The goods should then be returned, undamaged, unused and with the original labels, along with the invoice.
Items ordered may be returned within 14 days.
ATTENTION: This regulation does not apply to foods with an expiration date.

Return your item in original condition with the original label.
Please note on your invoice the reasons for your return and your bank account number. Put all the items you wish to return together with the invoice in one package that you return to us.
