Depending on the time of ordering, your ordered products will be shipped the same day or at the latest the next working day following the order date. If we deviate from this due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you by e-mail.

Shipping rate for home delivery in Belgium is €4,99
Shipping rate for delivery to a bpost collection point is €3,99
Free shipping for orders over €45

THE NETHERLANDS
Shipping rate for home delivery in the Netherlands is €5.99
Shipping rate for delivery to a bpost collection point is €4,99
Free shipping for orders over €55

RETURN:

In our online store you are entitled to the statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days.
The Belgian law on commercial practices, information and consumer protection of April 12, 2010 allows the buyer to inform the seller within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product that he/she renounces the purchase.
The goods must then be returned undamaged, unused and with the original labels, together with the invoice.

Ordered items can be returned within 14 days.

PLEASE NOTE: This arrangement does not apply to foods with an expiration date.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Please return your item in its original condition with the original label.
Please note the reasons for your return and your bank account number on your invoice. Place all items you wish to return together with the invoice in one package that you send back to us.

WHERE SHOULD I RETURN THE ITEM?

If you wish to return an order, please send it to 't LOF der herbs, Redingenstraat 89, 3000 Leuven – Belgium.

TO TAKE OFF:

Customers who live nearby can choose from the payment/shipping options to collect the order at 't LOF der Herbs. Then the shipping costs will of course be waived. Collection is possible after confirmation of 't LOF der herbs.
