Description
Snow Buds is an exclusive organic white tea from the southeast of China, grown at an altitude of approximately 1.000 meters. The tea is carefully picked by hand according to the traditional “two leaves and a bud” method, which guarantees refined quality. To preserve the fresh, “green soul” of the tea, Snow Buds only undergoes a very short fermentation.
The result is a tea with a beautiful appearance: the light green leaves and the fluffy white leaf buds together form an enchanting spectacle. When brewed, the infusion shimmers in a light green hue with a hint of champagne color. The taste is spicy with a mild, slightly fruity undertone, which makes this tea a special treat.
Preparation method
Follow these steps to enjoy the refined taste of Snow Buds:
- Quantity: Use 4 to 5 teaspoons per liter of water.
- Water temperature: Heat the water to a temperature of 75-80°C.
- Steeping time: Pour the tea leaves with the heated water and let the tea steep for 1 to 3 minutes.
- 1 minute: For a light, subtle infusion.
- 3 minutes: For a richer, more pronounced taste.
- To serve: Strain the tea and enjoy the delicate spicy and slightly fruity notes that make Snow Buds a unique tea.
