Physalis Omega 3 forte contains polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids EPA (36%) and DHA (24%) in the natural EPA/DHA ratio of 1,5. Our diet provides proportionally too much omega-6 and too little omega-3. Therefore, supplements with EPA and DHA are recommended. DHA contributes to a normal brain function** and a normal vision**. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of a normal blood pressure* and normal triglyceride levels (the beneficial effects are observed with a daily dose of 3 g and 2 g EPA + DHA, respectively).

Use case
