Helichrysum hydrosol is a precious plant water with a warm, herbaceous scent and a gentle yet deeply effective action. It is obtained through steam distillation of the flowering tops of Helichrysum italicum, also known as “immortelle” or “everlasting flower.” This resilient plant thrives in sunny, dry regions of Southern Europe and is renowned for its regenerative and soothing properties.

Applications

Internal use (as a course):

• Supports normal liver function and digestion
• Soothing in case of heaviness in the body after medication or physical strain
• Dosage: 1 tablespoon per day, diluted in 500 ml of water. Preferably sipped slowly throughout the day
• Recommended course: 3 consecutive weeks; repeat as needed with a short break between courses

External use:

• Whole body: Spray hydrosol on irritated areas to cool and calm the skin (e.g. for itchiness, sunburn, etc.)
• Compresses: Mix 3–5 tablespoons of hydrosol in 1 liter of cold water; apply to swollen or bruised areas
