Applications

Internal use (as a course):

• Supports comfortable digestion
• Ideal during hormonal fluctuations or emotional unrest
• Dosage: 1–2 tablespoons per day, diluted in 1 liter of water. Drink gradually throughout the day
• Recommended course: 3 weeks; pause for 5 days between extended use

External use:

• Skincare: purifying and astringent lotion for oily skin or enlarged pores
• Mouth care: use as a mild (diluted) mouth rinse; spray directly onto affected areas
• Hair care: as a tonic for dull or oily hair, or in case of hair loss
• Compresses: mix 3–5 tablespoons of hydrosol in 1 liter of warm water, soak a small towel, wring out, and apply to the area in need (e.g. joints)
• Post-exertion care: use as a refreshing spray on tired legs or overworked joints
