Preparing chai tea organic
Making a tea (or infusion) is an ideal way to benefit from the beneficial effects of organic chai.
How to easily prepare a cup of healthy chai tea organic:
- 1 cup boiling water.
- 1 teaspoon black tea.
- 1 teaspoon chai spice mix.
- 1/2 cup milk (cow’s milk or plant-based milk of your choice).
- Sweetener of your choice (optional).
Preparation:
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the chai spice mix to the boiling water. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes to allow the spices to release their flavor.
- Add the black tea and steep for another 2-3 minutes, depending on how strong you want the tea.
- Add milk: Pour in the milk and simmer the mixture for another 2-3 minutes. This creates a creamy texture.
- Sweeten to taste.
- Strain the chai and pour the tea into cups. Enjoy!
